Project Assessment

I began working with Smart 360 Photo Booth in May 2026. As I learned more about the category, I realized that a photo booth is not intended to replace a phone or camera. It organizes capture devices into an interactive on-site product for weddings, parties, and corporate events. A 360 photo booth can also create wraparound videos designed for social sharing, so the category still serves a clear event-based demand.

I assessed the project from three main angles.

Marketing Channels

I evaluated SEO keywords, competitors’ organic-search performance, and the available Google Ads opportunity. The project still had substantial room for systematic channel development.

Product Competitiveness

I assessed competitiveness through product variety, differentiation, and pricing, then continued validating it against the supporting software and in-house manufacturing capabilities.

Offline Assessment

Through conversations with the founder, I evaluated the factory’s product-development capabilities and the team’s willingness to test new products and marketing approaches.

Scope of Responsibility

I am responsible for the full Smart 360 process, from early research and planning to execution, while continuously adjusting priorities and pace based on market feedback.

Project Research Analyze the market, competitors, products, and channel opportunities
Planning Define stage objectives, priorities, and execution order
Execution Move each business area forward and keep validating results

Current Status

After joining the project, I first completed the website build, product organization, and the basic conversion path. After nearly two months of appeals and review, Google officially reinstated the Google Ads account on August 11, 2026. The project has now moved into active campaign delivery and ongoing optimization. Initial performance has been positive, although a longer data window is still needed for validation.

As of August 2026, Google Search Console recorded approximately 1,080 clicks and 105,000 impressions over the previous three months, with an average CTR of 1% and an average position of 15.2. The actual SEO execution period covers roughly the latter six weeks. During that period, search impressions bottomed out in late June and then continued to recover, with a clear upward trend from July to early August. Clicks are still somewhat volatile.

SEMrush reports 753 organic keywords, up 3.3%, and estimated organic traffic of 124, up 18%. Of those keywords, 42 rank in the top ten and 166 rank between positions 11 and 20. Keyword coverage and estimated traffic are both growing steadily, although most keywords are still moving through the early ranking stage.

The project is ongoing. SEO is showing steady growth signals, and Google Ads has entered active campaign delivery and optimization. The current priority is to refine campaign structure, keywords, and conversion paths, then validate whether paid and organic traffic can consistently generate qualified inquiries.
